Hello,
Some of my remote location users are getting an identify error in Silverlight (see attached). the popup will not come up. I can't duplicate the problem in my office. I think it may be a timeout issue or a memory issue. Once this error comes up it keeps coming up on each click to identify. If they close the IE window and reopen it will work for a while, then the same problem. Any ideas?
