Hi,
Since we upgraded to version 3.2 of the silverlight API and viewer, we have been unable to use server side printing with PrintTool.AddIns (version 3.2). The following error is displayed on the tool.
[ATTACH=CONFIG]33780[/ATTACH]
The request and configuration has remained exactly the same since the 3.2 upgrade and its was working fine with 3.1.
Here's the detailed error as shown in Fiddler.
Error executing tool.: Layer "{layer1}": Unable to connect to map server at {service url}?token={token number}...
Layer "{layer2}": Unable to connect to map server at {service url}?token={token number}... Layer "{layer3}"... etc...
Failed to execute (Export Web Map).
Failed to execute (Export Web Map Task).
Can anybody help me please ?
