3.1 to 3.2 Upgrade Errors

I recently upgraded to version 3.2, and have some errors on application start up. 

Error 1:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]32146[/ATTACH]

Error 2:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]32147[/ATTACH]

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  The systems requirements check indicates the machine has the correct versions.  Any ideas?

FYI - Not entirely certain what the issue was, but we found that deleting the user profile and re-installing the Silverlight Viewer seems to fix the problem.

I'm the same error with viewer silverlight 3.2.

When I incorpored the Query Layer TOol , show error :[ATTACH=CONFIG]33667[/ATTACH]

Please!!! Any solution???
