I'm using the latest TOC widget (2.5.0.2) and have the "usenewesridescription" tag set to "false". On a couple layers that are in the same "group" (see attached) I still get the "description" listing....Is this seen by anyone else?
What the "usenewesridescription" tag is for is once you click the description menu item it will go to the REST Service Directory (usenewesridescription = "true") or my popup dialog with the service metadata (usenewesridescription = "false").

Thanks Robert, I see that for those layers, I had something in the Description "field" for the layer property in the MXD
