Here is the next in my line of widgets for the FlexViewer 2.x.
The legend portion of this widget is the same code as my dynamic legend widget so,
IT IS FOR ARCGIS SERVER 10 OR GREATER ONLY
This is just a simple TOC Widget that includes my dynamic legend component. This widget also includes my enhancement for map service transparency, right click context menu for zoom to make layer visible, and my scale dependent renderer for the TOC checkboxes.
Give this compiled version a test drive and see if it fixes the issue. No guarantees as I don't use secure services, thus have no ability to test myself.
Yes, that's correct the first layer does not have a description before I expand the node. I've noticed this behaviour on your site in the code gallery as well.
When I click on it, the tooltip disappears but it looks like it disappears eventually after 10 seconds or so.
I am having a problem with the TOC displaying properly with one of my map services. http://gis.ci.yakima.wa.us/CityGIS/rest/services/PlanningDepartment/MapServer All of my other services work properly except this one. When I try to toggle layers they won't turn on. It doesn't display a legend and eventually it starts making any other widgets behavior wacky too.
Could it be the symbology that I am using? I would appreciate any advice you could give.
I will look into it but I can tell you right off that it will help greatly if you start applying service packs. ArcGIS Server is currently on SP3 and you are currently on NONE.
Is there a way in this Widget, or another one, of creating Group's for Feature Services in the xml? Feature Services get published as individual Layers and I'm looking for a way to Group them into topics.
Hi Robert, this is one of the coolest widgets in the code gallery. I wonder where I can change the position of the Details Window, so that they appear in a corner of the screen instead that in the middle. Could you help me?
