Inside a Web Application built using ArcGIS server, the creator has the ability to turn on seemless panning, allowing for the map to redraw as soon as the user starts to pan. Does anybody know a way to implement this using a dynamic map service and the Flex Viewer? I realize setting up caching map tiles is an option, but that is something time will not allow for right now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
