Identify Widget with Multiple Map Services

Been using Robert's Identify widget for sometime with no problems. The Identify Widget was working with a single map service. Now, we need Identify Widget to work with more than one map service and the widget is failing (returning results only for one layer). Your assistance is highly appreciated, if some of you have successfully configured Identify widget to work with multiple map services.

Badar,

   The Identify widget has been used by many people for many years using multiple layers. You can see the widget in action (using multiple layers) here at the Live Preview Site​. There is also a example IdentifyWidget.xml in the widgets download that show multiple layers setup.

So now some questions:

  1. What version are you using?
  2. Are you using App Builder to configure the widget?
  3. have you double checked your xml for syntax errors?
