Height of Map

For seem reason I can't find where to change the code to change the height of the map. If you remove the header there is white space at the top, but I can't change this. Image attached.

Does anyone know where to change this? I thought it would be in the ViewerContainer.mxml.

   It's actually a main config.xml attribute.
