I have a flex Viewer 2.4 app running on a windows server 2003. No problems...then all of a sudden the legend symbols disappeared from Robert Scheitlin's TOC widget. Same issue happened a few months ago with the dynamic legend widget - all of a sudden it just stopped working - so I upgraded to the newest TOC and it worked for a while. Everything else still works - the layers are coming in properly.When I check the 'Legend' page on AGS 10.01 I can see all of the symbols...but when I click the 'REST' button at the bottom of the page I get this:{

I assumed it was some sort of account/permissions issue - so I compared it with some arcgis servers that are working and mimicked the permissions...didn't work.Any ideas?
