Application Error: Could not fetch basemap data: HTTP request error

When i get on to view our server Flex viewer there is an error that says, "Application Error: Could not fetch basemap data: HTTP request error". I don't know why it is that way or what to do about.

Any suggestions? Here is the website:

Your Flex Viewer is loading just fine for me in all browsers.

Yeah, it seemed to be an error due to my network and IE settings. Once I made it a secure site, I didn't have any more problems.
