Unable to Create Utility Network using the Tool in FileGDB : Error 999999

I have been trying to create utility network for data migration. After trying a lot of times and getting same error again and again . I am here looking for answers.

We need to know more info about how you're running the tool in order to help answer the question. However, if you're just getting started with the utility network, we recommend you start by using some of the tools we've created to make the process easier.

An underlying Oracle index is corrupted.  Have you dba check for invalid indexes and rebuild the ones that are invalid at the oracle level, not the ArcGIS level

Hi John, 

 

Thanks for your response . Sorry but I am not really familiar with Oracle. However, the tool finally worked - I don't know what the issue was but I stopped using the Citrix workspace for ArcGIS pro and opened the same project in the local drive and it worked. 

Please do let me know if you have any insights into this.
