Sewer Utility Network: Cannot create new features, "value doesn't fall within domain"

Hello,

I am trying to create a Sewer Essentials Utility Network that is augmented with feature classes from the Sewer Expanded UN.  I have migrated my data from a geometric network to the augmented UN by the following work flow: create simple data mapping, create migration workspace, load data using workspace and asset package to geodatabase.

After enabling network topology I try to correct some of the dirty areas, but i am not able to create new features for the the structure junction and sewer junction groups.  I get the following message: "New features cannot be created . . Value doesn't fall within Domain."  I'm  not quite sure if this refers to the coded value domains or the network  domain. I went through all the data mapping workbooks and look up tables but cant find any discrepancies between source and target layers domains.

Thanks for any help.

Best,

Aaron

That's most likely being caused by a restrictive contingent value not being met (see the 'Generate Contingent Values' section of this article for an example). Click the right arrow and see what fields/values it is unhappy with. My guess is that you are trying to create a feature with an unknown asset type.
