Pipeline objectID based attachments cannot be used with sync

Hey everyone, I am having trouble publishing the Utility Network map. I am receiving the following error: "pipeline objectID based attachment cannot be used with sync capability". Is there a way to fix this without us having to disable attachments and lose +20k attachments?
