ERROR WHEN UPGRADING DATASET TO VERSION 7 FROM 6

I'm working with Pro 3.3 and AGE 11.2 and noticed that when running the Upgrade Dataset in 3.3, it says that the dataset is already upgraded, but the version is still 6. Do have any solutions?

Did you run Upgrade Geodatabase first?

Important note in Update Dataset:

• For Utility Network Version 7 and later, the enterprise geodatabase version must be 11.2.0 or higher to support 64-bit object IDs and big integer fields.

It says the geodatabase is already at the current release and cannot be upgraded.

You referenced you're working with ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and Enterprise 11.2.  When working within an enterprise deployment, the version of ArcGIS Pro and the portal's federated server are used to determine the compatible Utility Network Version.

 UNv7 is supported starting with Enterprise 11.3 so this combination would create a UNv6.   Being that you are already at this version this is why you are seeing the "dataset is already upgraded".
