ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4 and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

I followed the tasks in Water Utility Network Foundation, and, when I published the map "Utility Network Editor or Utility Network Editor Runtime",when I open the map in the Portal, I have errors to loading the features.

When I open the feature service about Utility Network, the features loading correctly, but, when I open this map "editor", I have the errors.

In Map Viewer

In Map Viewer Classic

The webmap created has subtype group layers in it, which are not supported in any of the web viewers yet.  Only runtime apps, like field maps.

As an update on this thread. Support for subtype group layers was added to the map viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.
