It's possible that these junctions are not actually snapped to the lines.  You can check this by first looking at the "Is Connected" attribute.  Next, you can select one of the junctions at these intersecting lines with the error and move the line, leaving the "Disconnect" option disabled when performing the move.  If the ends of the lines both move with the junction, then they are connected.  If not, then they are not actually snapped to the line.

@NadiaAlami  One other thing to keep an eye out for is whether there are any errors associated with the junction feature. If there is an error with the junction feature (stacked point, invalid terminal configuration, etc) then it can't connect to either line. This leaves the two lines attempting to connect directly to each other, which produces a type 10 error.

Hi, JohnAlsup, thank you for the solution, we manage to solve part of the error for some place but still have error code 10  in some place.

After adding new rules, have you re-enabled the network topology and validated? Also, sometimes after adding new rules, I prefer to:

  1. Save Pro
  2. Close and re-open
  3. Re-enable the network topology
  4. Validate topology

Enjoy the day!

Hi, RobertKrisher,

Thank you for the solution. We already add Z-value for stacked point, some place the error has been solved and  for some place the error still there.
