I cannot find these two devices:

• Neutral Earthing (Grounding) Resistor
• Transformer with 3 windings; therefore needing at least 3 terminals:

1. 110kV IN
2. 33kV OUT
3. 11kV OUT
4. neutral connection(s)

Any ideas would be helpful.

The Esri provided electric asset package it's a starting point, if you don't find an element that you want to model in your project you can add your own asset groups/asset types to suit your needs.
