Create Migration Workspace - The domain was not found

I am trying to run the Create Migration Workspace tool after creating the initial Data Mapping spreadsheet. I have done this previously for a water data migration, but am not running into an issue with water and sewer asset packages, so I don't think it's specific to the Sewer Essentials Asset Package. Here's what I've tried already:

-Initially upgraded to 3.7 and tried the Pre-Release 3.7 UDMS toolbox (Got a different error on this one)

-Uninstalled ArcGIS Pro and did a fresh install of ArcGIS Pro 3.5.6 (no UDMS toolbox for 3.6).

-Using UDMS Toolbox 3.5.1

-Run Create Migration Workspace within project that contains maps, and also in an empty project after seeing this post from 2023.

-Run on project saved to local C: Drive because I thought the default file path with spaces might be throwing it off.

However, none of these attempts has produced a successful run of the tool. Here is a list of the errors I am getting:

Was anything found out on this? I am experiencing a similar issue where domains are throwing something off.
