Connectivity Associations not showing in map viewer, web editor

I published a web map with my utility network, and while using that map in ArcPro I can see my connectivity associations using the View Associations Mode. When I open the web map in map viewer or web editor I'm unable to see them after toggling on view associations. This remains true trying at different scales as well. Has anyone encountered this previously? Did I miss a step somewhere when configuring my map? Any insight or help is much appreciated.

@BrentTPatenge there could be a few things going on - do you have all the latest 11.5 UN patches? If not, try installing to the current patch and see if that addresses the issue.
