We have a point feature class for the storm and sanitary manholes. We have a line feature class for the storm and sanitary mainlines. We are using this map to organize a database if mainline video inspections. To do this we need to update two fields in the mainline attribute table which would represent the upstream and the downstream nodes. Once that is complete, we need to concatenate those IDs to populate each mainline ID field.
