It would be beneficial if we could form a group and collaborate on designing and creating a tool to manage Air-Blown Fibre Technology. I have seen tools to manage fiber cables but have never seen one to manage the structure and non-spatial tables. I used a different GIS Software 3 years ago which was able to manage connections easily but after migrating to ESRI, we are still nowhere near the same technology/ tools. Below is the actual picture of how small the "microducts" we are using for our air-blown technology. it is entirely different from the out-of-the-box microduct in ESRI and other GIS software where you also manage the position if it is laid underground. These microducts are drilled underground which may and will twist and end up in a different position on the other end hence, position is not that important. Microducts for Fiber Air-Blown Technology
Our Telecom designers use GEOGRAPH Technologies, CrescentLink software. It's a toolset that runs in ESRI. The original design worked within ArcMap (and still does), but they also have an ArcGIS Pro solution. They utilize non-spatial tables that may be what you are looking for.
You can contact Grey Pittman grey.pittman@geograph.tech who is their Director of Customer Experience. He's a great guy and will be able to answer any questions you may have. I know he is at a Cable show in Vegas so he might not reply right away, or he may direct you to another Customer Experience Specialist. Their website also has a place where you can setup a call with them. https://geograph.tech/contact/
Best of luck to you!
