A while back, when the Utility Network Analysis toolbar was active, for the Geometric Network, it provided a way to select an active network. I have found myself on multiple occasions having multiple UN's in my ArcGIS Pro map. Not to user edit all of them at the same time, but to do analysis. Tracing for example. Creating UN starting point is limited to only the active network. To which there is currently no control for unless you want to add/remove the UN Service layer. Another, which is system editing the subnetline, is the Find Subnetworks tool. A simple toggle can make this so simple.
That made me think of the ArcMap Utility Network toolbar ... What more appropriate to bring a UN ArcMap Toolbar back to ArcGIS Pro to support actual Utility Networks.
