Isolation Trace Tier Selection Option

Hi all,

I have two tiers.
When I do isolation tracing analysis, it only allows choosing a single tier in Tier selection.
Target Tier option can be added as in downstream tracking analysis.
In this way, I can detect the circuit breaker to be isolated in an upper Tier.

PS: You can see Tier transitions in the Subnetwork Line layer.
