It would be useful to better manage network attributes in Utility Network, especially inline attributes.
Example 1: We want to add or remove values used in propagation, but adding values to the domain will increase the number of bits.
Example 2: We want to undo the use of inline attributes to save bits.
Currently, there is no way to remove or replace a network attribute, whether it is inline or not. For inline attributes, adding a new attribute has no impact, but not for inline attributes.
