That is a great question! As of right now, you're able to do shadowcast analysis in Urban, by going down to the Analysis tools at the bottom left (attached image), and the first option you have (should be also in that same screenshot) runs the shadow analysis, where you can identify areas above a certain threshold, check discreet shadows, and understand total shadow duration. Now for things like wind analysis and solar radiation and the like, that is not available in Urban, however I'm adding this as a ticket to be potentially added in an upcoming release.
