Built vs allowed metrics not displaying

I have a particular parcel that is not displaying the built metrics under the building regulation in the develop tab. As shown in the image below, this parcel does not display information for what is built, even though I have in fact developed on the parcel.

This is another parcel example, where the information does show. I believe all of the other parcels I have built upon show the built metrics - it's just the one particular parcel in the first image that does not display the information.

Anyone know why this could be and what the resolution is? TIA.

Thanks for your question. 

To get to the root of the issue you are experiencing with the "Built" column not being populated on the selected parcel, I would recommend ensuring that there are no parcel geometries overlaying on top of each other. 

Can you confirm that there are no parcel geometries overlapping each other in your plan (and specifically within the area where you see the "Built" column not being populated)?

Additionally, how did you create the building on the selected parcel?

  • Is it manually drawn?
  • Is it generated from an imported building footprint?
  • Was it created on another parcel and then moved to the selected parcel?
