I dont have ArcGIS Dashboards option in my web app. what to do? thank you

You will need to provide some more details.  How are you connected to the GIS. ArcGIS online?

You do not create dashboards in a Web App.  You start them from applications Icon

i dont have license, and the exercise was without using a license. the exercise was from ESRI. Build an Interactive Dashboard | Esri Training Tutorial

I believe it is monitored by ESRI Staff who work with training.

Do you have an ArcGIS Online account with your organization?

If not do you have the free trial?

If so has your free trial expired?

Okay thank you, I have a free trial and it is not expired.

I will check with them then. and for organisation I dont have any. I tried to make it but it was not successful. so how to create and or sign up for such organisation for individuals? many thanks for your time and assistance.

You can purchase an annual subscription to AGOL.

Though I don't know how useful it would be having to rely on public data.  Never tried actually.

However, when I retire I may do this because I don't think I would be able to stand not doing GIS after I retire.
