Webhooks stopped being invoked

My survey123 webhooks are no longer getting invoked. Why?

I have a Power Automate workflow setup which worked last week. But now it is no longer being triggered.

To check, I created a simple survey and added a webhook to it to a postman mock server. The mock server is not getting invoked. The data is getting added to the survey.

Is this a transient problem with survey123? or maybe we changed some setting somewhere?

Is there a log of the webhook invocations? so I can do some further debugging..

It is working today. I guess it was a problem at survey123, that they fixed.

I wished there was a way for me to tell when they are down...
