Hi,
I am presently using Survey123 to have our field staff collect wildlife violation information in the field (no service). I have modeled the survey after an online form that people typically fill out when they report these violations to a provincial authority. We are currently emailing the reports in but this leads to logistical issues (mostly pertaining to the report getting lost).
Therefore I was wondering if there was a way to somehow call on the responses from my survey and have them be input into the online form and submitted? Has anyone done something similar? Is it even possible?
Any guidance broad or specific would be appreciated!
Emily

Hi Emily,
I'm not quite sure what workflow you are asking for. By 'call on the responses' are you suggesting phone input for the form?
I'm essentially looking for a way to have the answers that were gathered in Survey123 automatically populate an online, identical web form and submit the form. For example, https://forms.gov.bc.ca/environment/rapp/ . Does that clear things up? The language I am using might not be correct, I'm a little new to the Survey123 and Coding world.
I would guess you might be able to do something like this with webhooks, though, depending on the form you're trying to fill out, and how you're accessing the webhooks, you may also need some sort of scripting to then POST the results back to the online form in question.
