I have a user in my organization who regularly submits surveys in a particular survey I created for the Fire Department. He cannot view the survey he uses on a desktop and is not able to see the data, overview, or settings pages. I want to teach him how to query data and create reports for surveys. I think it's a user role/priveleges issue. Here's his role and user type.

Here's the message we got after he logged into Survey123 on the web and clicked on the overview I sent him:

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you looked at the settings at https://survey123.arcgis.com/?  Click the Form then Collaborate tab.  123 has another level of control not seen in AGOL.

Hope that does it

It's like layers on an onion! The Share Results page did not have anything shared or selected so I changed it to members of the group. It worked! Thanks for the tip!
