Updating Survey throwing timed out connection error 99

I am trying to update my Survey with a new question, and to add a logo.

On another machine, I made a copy of the Survey Spreadsheet, made change by adding the question and copied it across to the machine I operate Survey123 Conect on.

On updating the survey with the new Spreadsheet, I received the error "Error: 99 Connection Timed Out."

I then rolled back to the working version and it was ok.

I then made a copy of working version, copiued it across to a machine with EXCEL on, and added a logoand copied it across to the machine I operate Survey123 Conect on.

On updating the survey with the new Spreadsheet, I received the error "Error: 99 Connection Timed Out."

I then rolled back to the working version and it was ok.

Just to error check, I then copied the working version of the Spreadsheet to the development machine, made no changes to the spreadsheet, then copied it back to the Survey123 Connect machine and on updating the survey with the unchanged spreadsheet, received the error "Error: 99 Connection Timed Out."

Makes no sense at all.

Any ideas?
