Hello, I need to add an additional option to one of my choice lists. My question is will adding another name to the list delete any existing data that has been collected with the form to date? Any info is greatly appreciated.
You can update choice list at any time without data issues. But note the domain does not get updated only the form. You need to add domain changes manually if you want them after the first publish.
