unable to log into Survey123 Connect using organisations URL

has anyone else had an issue logging into Survey123 connect using their organisations url, it works fine on the survey123 website

have you tried signing in not using your org url?

I usually sign in via here. Unless you are trying to sign in via enterprise

yea i'm trying to sign in via enterprise, it works on the portal but not in connect or the survey123 app

@StuartMoore Have you tried hitting the gear
then adding a connection to your portal

yea it just sits there, i suspect its how our org has done its sso

@StuartMoore   did you add the /portal at the end of your connection url in Settings > Connections > Add Connection?

@StuartMooreYou should be using the same url that you log into your portal not  https://___.maps.arcgis.com

hi @RickeyFight i did that and got the same it just sits there, i get the same on another computer but strangely if i use the "use external browser" option it works on one but not the other it seems like the one it doesn't work one it looks like edge and connect aren't talking, it might be that its missing the launch settings in the registry (similar to this: Problem: ArcGIS Survey123 Field App (Windows) Fails to Launch via URL Scheme (esri.com))
