Trying to send in Survey123 connect

when it wants me to send it comes up "Getting service Information". Acts like it is thinking but just spins/

Does the account you are using have access to the feature service? We had that happen recently after we republished a survey and it recreated the feature service - we forgot to update the sharing settings for the new service, so it would hang when the form was trying to connect to the feature service.

This is often an issue with related tables.  Make sure you have the latest version.  Are you using a pre-published feature service?  Need more info.
