I am having problems with the time field within my survey123 application. The time when the survey has been submitted looks correct in the survey123 web site, but if I download a file geodatabase of that survey it comes with about 8 hours offset.  Records that were submitted around 10 AM , in the downloaded file geodatabase time field show 5PM or 6 PM. Is there any setup time within the form that I am missing? or in the web site? Please help .

would the 8 hour difference be about the difference between local and UTC time?

It might be, I didn't think about that, is it possible to change the time setup? do you know where?

Hi Daniel,

This came up in another conversation: https://community.esri.com/thread/185265-time-field-changes-when-i-download-data-from-gisonline .

In short, time in ArcGIS Online is always stored and retrieved in UTC - your browser knows the difference in time.  I outlined some ways to work with time data in ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro if you're using those tools; if not you can make the modification manually.
