I have many surveys that I own and can see the data for, however Im now trying to share the results with someone in my organisation (via selecting a group under Share Results tab) to no avail.
In trying to find a solution I find that even for me as owner of the surveys I cant always view their results:
When I click on Surveys I can view results for tab in the My Surveys the page its empty and lists no surveys "No shared surveys that you can view results. Surveys will appear here once the survey owner shares the survey with you through the Share results tab of the Collaborate page". Even though I have many surveys that I own and have access to their data via the data tab on the individual survey pages.
When I click on the Link to survey results link on the Survey Results page it says "The survey has no records yet. Please check again later." Even though the survey has records and can view it all via the data tab on the individual survey page.
I am the administrator for our organization, and these are my own surveys.
Is this a bug, or is there a setting I must change?
Hi Michelle, thanks for the offer to help, it’s greatly appreciated! A chat would be great, but as I’m in South Africa the time zone is tricky. Would 10am PST work for you, that would be 7pm for me!
