When logging into the Survey123 website with our Portal credentials, I get to the landing page and i see the 3 bars telling me to wait and nothing happens (see attached screen grab). If I click on organization at the top, all of our surveys display and everything works. However, I have 2 dashboards with embedded surveys that do not work as well. they just display the 3 bars telling me to wait.

This began after upgrading our Enterprise to v 11.0

Any help is appreciated.

If I log in using the fully qualified domain name of the server, the website works as it should and I see all the surveys under the My Surveys tab. I have a ticket open with support to try to pinpoint the issue.

Following this thread as I have a user who is experiencing the same issue right now in 10.9.1. They can access their surveys if they use the 'Manage in Survey123 website' button found in Portal, but can't access their survey's otherwise.

Any and all info that can be shared on this is appreciated!
