Survey123 reports with Enterprise behind firewall

We are trying to create reports with Survey123 data that has been submitted.  We have ArcGIS Enterprise with a portal setup and it's behind a firewall.  Does anyone have any documentation on what domains/addresses/etc need to be allowed through the firewall to make the reports work?  We do not have the Survey123 website installed locally, but are using the survey123.arcgis.com pointed to our portal.  We can open the firewall to all traffic and the reports will work as intended but we were hoping to only allow necessary traffic through with some rules on the firewall if that information is available somewhere.  I've seen pieces and suggestions but I can't find any documentation that spells out what outside resources our servers need to communicate with to make the reports work.  Thanks in advance for any help!

I believe this falls under generic ArcGIS.com domain requirements particularly as the reports generated could exist in the ArcGIS Online ecosystem.

But things might be a bit more complicated depending on your setup and if you've installed Survey123 website etc

We tried adding rules to our firewall to allow the domains outlined in that document but the reports for survey123 still won't run.  It still looks like there is something else needed to allow the reports to run correctly.  If anyone else has run into this issue and has any suggestions please let me know.
