Dear All,
I am wondering if anyone here using Survey123 with Portal and seeing Power Automate suddenly having this "Tigger" error, although the trigger is completely fine.
I edit the flow to check the error, but nothing is wrong once you are in New/Old editor.
Connection is fine as well.
Flow checker can't find any issue as well
Once the Power Automate flow is saved, the same "trigger" error remain....
Anyone has a fix for this?

Temporary Solutions without knowing what the root issue was:
If anyone can tell me the "root" issue is and how to prevent this happen once for all that would be fantastic.
