Survey123 (Portal) Power Automate Flows Suddenly Stop Working with Unfixable Trigger Problem

Dear All,

I am wondering if anyone here using Survey123 with Portal and seeing Power Automate suddenly having this "Tigger" error, although the trigger is completely fine.

I edit the flow to check the error, but nothing is wrong once you are in New/Old editor.

Connection is fine as well.

Flow checker can't find any issue as well

Once the Power Automate flow is saved, the same "trigger" error remain....

Anyone has a fix for this?

Temporary Solutions without knowing what the root issue was:

  1. Turn "off" the linked Power Automate Flow
  2. Go to the linked survey --> Settings --> Webhooks and Edit it
  3. Save it without any changes
  4. Turn "on" the linked flow and "refresh" the power automate page

If anyone can tell me the "root" issue is and how to prevent this happen once for all that would be fantastic.
