Over the last few weeks I've had a few users have issues with seeing changes from updates that I've published.
As I was testing some changes today, I noticed that it seems if the app is already OPEN on your device (on desktop, and on iOS even in the background) it does not refresh to see that there are updates available, or required when that's set. The user would need to pull down to refresh, or go to the "Download Surveys" option in the menu. Which is fine, just need to make sure users know, but also seems like a bit of a flaw especially when the "Require update to latest version of this survey" is picked.
I'm not sure how long this effect lasts, it's been at least 30 minutes on my side, but if this is what the issue is for my users it's possible to last for a day or longer.
