Hi, first time poster!
I have a live survey, https://arcg.is/1GXvnL. It is open to the public to respond.
The first question uses a map to establish location.
I’ve had a contact from someone on a MacBook, who says the map is not showing, and there is no box to enter their address.
350+ people have been able to respond, so I’m a bit lost.
I’ve asked them to make sure safari is allowing sharing, and they’ve said it is.
does anyone have any ideas p,ease?

Hi @DeborahKorn, one thing to check is that the version of Safari is 15.x or later: Supported browsers—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation
It's also worth checking that Safari has access to the device's location in the location settings.

I suspected as much. They are on 10.4.6.
I will let them know.
thank you. I couldn’t see the supported browsers when I looked. Super helpful.
