Hi Alima,

The most usual reason for this error is that a question that submits a text answer (text, hidden, calculate, notes, select_one and select_multiple) is submitting text too long for the field that holds the response.  I see that a few questions have had their field length set to non-default values; this must occur when a field is first created (can't be changed afterwards).  I also see there are a number of calculate questions using pulldata, can you check the length of the values being extracted?
