We are using Survey123 V.3.15 and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. Recently we faced an issue while we are generated a report or open the survey on the browser. The feature report can not be generated and it shows "504 Gateway Time-out" when we trying to upload new report template.
and same error message "ArcGISRequestError: HTTP 504: Gateway Time-out" when we trying to generate a report from the uploaded template
Also the recent report not open and keep loading without any return
In other hand, the survey is taking long time to open via web browser
The issue has been resolved.... Our IT team increased the level of security on our servers and stop some of cloud connections include Survey123. Now, all things return as a normal now after we contact with them and open some of external connections
