Survey123 forms disappeared

Our Survey123 forms that we have been using since a year have disappeared since this morning. Is there an outage or something? Other users have also been complaining about errors they have been getting about privileges when nothing has been changed.

Hi Naresh,

Are you still experiencing this problem? Are the forms available now? If so, were any changes made to your sharing of the forms, user permissions, groups, or other Organization level changes etc.

If you are still have issues and forms, data or other AGO items are missing, I would suggest you raise this immediately with Esri Support so they can look into your ArcGIS Organizational account and details details to see what is going on.
