I have an Esri Experience with an embedded survey (embed code below/attach). Our application has been online for months, but recently when users are accessing the form from their phone and upload a picture, the forms resets wiping out all data.
There is no refresh set in ExB. This appears to only happen on iPhone. Any suggestions?
