Survey123 - Failed to load data form - FormLogicError

Hello - I have been working on using OpenWeatherMap to pull in current weather data for our survey forms.  I have a "working" model, but it won't work with Survey123 web app.  It works just fine in Survey123 Connect and on the mobile app, but when I bring it into survey123.arcgis.com I get this error message:

Anyone have any ideas?  Not sure what I'm missing here...

Hi Aaron,

Custom JavaScript functions (a beta feature) are not yet supported in the web form.
