Survey123 % error

I get Error: Initializing form...URIError: malformed URI sequence  error in Survey 123 when I use a % (percent sign) in a note.

If I write out percent it works just fine.  Does anyone know a way to use the % in a Survey123 note section?

My guess is it's something to do with javascript, but I cant figure out how to get it to be treated purely as text.

Hi Ryan,

You are encountering this salesforce issue and this will be addressed in 3.10 release.

BUG-000130588 Survey123 for ArcGIS website fails to show the note in preview mode when a note includes '%' and returns the following error message, "Error Initializing Form - URIError URI malformed."
