Survey123 Email results to specific user.

I am currently creating a survey to use outside of our office. It will be used as a visitor sign in sheet. One of the templates had email notification, and then you enter the email to send. How can I make this work, we have 10 different users that may get an email depending on the visitor.  This is all the survey consists of.

Hello @ColeIyotte1

One option would be to use a webhook that triggers each time a survey response is sent. In your webhook for the email connector you can use dynamic content to populate the "to" email address with the email address that was submitted in the form.
