Survey123 Default Language removed headers

I had a weird experience today in Survey123 Connect and also in the app and desktop.

I added 2 languages and changed my normal headers to English (en).

Now I lose my labels until I choose a language. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Hello @CarissaPhantom, 

What version of Survey123 Connect are you using? If you test with the Multiple Languages sample that's available in Connect is the same behavior observed?
