Survey123 and Make (formely Integromat) collection of image export

Hi, I need to export the images from a survey123, but here's the problem, I have in this form a collection of 36 arrays, each array represent 1 image.
Here in this URL Working with Survey123 attachments in Integromat (esri.com) I learned how to export the images that is in an array, but as the following image shows, my survey has 1 array for each image.
I got this task in the middle, the survey was already structured, by other person, when they demanded this to me and I assumed that it was badly structured for this purpose. Anyway, can someone help me?
